Outside party rules and regulations
Parties by persons other than members are no longer permitted due to insurance issues.
Members may use the club for parties (15 persons or less). Permission must first be obtained fomr the commodore and scheduled by the club manager.
These rules may still be in effect:
- There must be 3 tables left for club members to use
- No parties can be scheduled Friday or Saturday from June 1 through labor day
- May use stove, fridge and microwave but not tv or vcr or pool and hot tub or other club buildings.
- Supply own plates, glasses, utensils, etc.
- Attendees must park outside of club grounds
- Limited to clubhouse veranda and patios
- Parties must end no later than 1 AM
- Please clean up after the party
- Damage is your responsability
- $75 deposit required - after inspection $50 will be returned separate checks $50 deposit and $25 rental made out to CPYC
